This collection comes from a Navajo teaching: the animal gives itself up. Nothing out there is taken — it is given. So the hunter goes out in a good way, takes only what is needed, wastes nothing, and gives thanks for what was offered.
There is much respect in the hunt. These pieces carry it. Respect the hunt.
