The tiers
You only qualify for one tier per reel — the highest one it reaches. We measure views 30 days after you post.
Post a reel featuring any item from your order. Once it hits 10,000 views, you get 25% of your order total back as store credit.
Same idea, bigger reach. Cross 25,000 views and we'll send you 50% of your order total as store credit.
Hit 50,000 views and we'll refund your entire order to your original payment method. You keep the product. You keep the money.

Order & receive
Place an order from our store and wait for it to arrive.
Post your reel
Within 30 days, post an Instagram reel featuring an item. Tag us. Mention the brand.
Submit & get paid
30 days after posting, submit your reel. We verify, then send credit or refund within 5 business days.
How to participate
The exact steps, in order.
- Place an order from our store.
- Within 30 days of receiving your order, post a reel on Instagram featuring at least one item.
- In your reel, tag @native_fish and use #NativeFish #NativeInstinct in the caption.
- Show the product clearly and mention the brand by name (in the audio or in the caption).
- Keep your reel public and live for at least 60 days from the date you post it.
- Once your reel is 30 days old, submit it to us through our submission link below to claim your reward.

The fine print
The stuff we have to be clear about. Read it once and you're good.
Eligibility
- You must be 18 or older, or have a parent/guardian's permission.
- You must be the person who placed the order.
- Your Instagram account must be public so we can verify the reel.
- One reward per customer per quarter, regardless of how many reels you post.
Content requirements
- The reel must clearly feature at least one item from your order.
- The brand must be identifiable — either by name spoken in the audio, written in the caption, or by clear visual tag.
- Content must be original and created by you.
- No misleading claims about the product, the brand, or this program.
- Content must align with our brand values. We don't accept reels that are hateful, sexually explicit, promote illegal activity, or that we feel misrepresent the brand. We have final say here, and we'll always explain our reasoning.
View verification
- Views are measured exactly 30 days after your reel is posted.
- We rely on Instagram's public view count. If we have reason to believe views were purchased, botted, or artificially inflated, we'll disqualify the submission.
- Views from your own profile don't count toward thresholds.
Keeping it live
- Your reel must stay public and live for at least 60 days from the post date.
- If you delete, archive, or make the reel private before 60 days, your reward will be reversed (credit removed, refund charged back).
Submission window
- You have 60 days from your post date to submit your reel for a reward.
- After 60 days, the submission is no longer eligible.
Program limits
- We have a monthly budget for this program. Once it's reached, additional submissions roll over to the following month on a first-come, first-served basis.
- We reserve the right to pause, modify, or end this program at any time. Submissions made before any changes will still be honored under the rules in place when the reel was posted.
Store credit details
- Store credit is issued as a single-use code valid for 12 months from issue date.
- Credit can be applied to any product but cannot be combined with other discount codes.
- Credit has no cash value and cannot be transferred or sold.
Cash refund details
- Full refunds (50K+ tier) are issued to the original payment method used for the order.
- You keep the product — this is not a return.
- Refunds are processed within 5 business days of verification and may take 3–10 additional days to appear on your statement depending on your bank.
Stacking with other promotions
- This program cannot be combined with our ambassador program for the same order. (Ambassadors earn commission on the sales they drive — this program rewards you for content on your own purchases. They're separate paths.)
- Orders made with a discount code over 20% off are not eligible for this program.
Tax
- Rewards over $600 in a calendar year may be reported for tax purposes in accordance with applicable law. You're responsible for any taxes on rewards received.
Privacy & content rights
- By submitting a reel, you grant us permission to repost, share, and use your content on our own social channels, website, and marketing materials with credit to your handle. You retain ownership of your content.
