Shipping policy
Every piece is made to order. Nothing sits in a warehouse. When you order, your piece gets made, then shipped. That takes a little longer than a big-box store, and it means nothing gets overproduced.
How long it takes (U.S.)
- Production: 3–7 business days. Hoodies and embroidered pieces tend to run toward the longer end.
- Delivery timing includes production and transit.
- Total: plan on 10–15 business days from order to doorstep. Around drops and holidays it can run a few days longer.
What it costs (U.S.)
- Free shipping on orders over $100 — applied automatically at checkout, no code needed.
- Under $100, shipping is calculated at checkout and usually runs $5–10 depending on what's in your cart.
Tracking You'll get a shipping confirmation with a tracking number the moment your order leaves production. Tracking can take 24–48 hours to show movement.
International We ship to Canada, the UK, Europe, Australia, New Zealand, Japan, and select other countries. Rates are calculated at checkout. International orders typically arrive in 10–20 business days. Any customs duties or import taxes are the responsibility of the recipient.
Wrong or damaged item Open it up when it lands. If anything is wrong — wrong size sent, print defect, damage in transit — email us within 30 days with a photo and we'll make it right, no hassle. See our Return Policy for details.
Address changes Because pieces go into production fast, email us right away if you need to fix an address. We can usually catch it before it ships; once it's in transit we can't reroute it.
